TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE “Doliny” APARTMENTS

The Terms and Conditions define the rules of daily rental of premises at the Doliny Apartments in Szczyrk.
The terms used in the Regulations mean:

premises - a residential apartment intended for rent,
rent - daily rent, i.e. the Host's handing over of the premises for short-term accommodation (for up to 31 days) by the guest for an agreed fee,
Guest - a person making a reservation or who has concluded a lease agreement for the premises,
Host - Halina Dziewulska (691 33 68 33), Zuzanna Dziewulska (693 626 993).

Smoking is strictly forbidden in the premises and in the entire building.
Check in from 3pm, check out until 11pm.
The Guest is obliged to report any faults and malfunctions to the Host immediately after their detection.
The guest is obliged to cover the value of the damage if it occurred due to his act or omission.
The Guest is responsible for actions and omissions of persons staying in the premises with the Guest, in particular for minors. Minors may live in the premises only with adults.
In the Doliny Apartments building, hours from 10pm to 6am are quiet hours.
Pets are allowed in the premises only after prior agreement with the Host.
The apartment should accommodate the number of people specified in the booking process. In the case of providing accommodation to third parties, the Guest will be required to pay an amount equal to the daily rental price.
All events, social gatherings, etc. are possible only after prior agreement with the Host and accepting the terms of organizing the event.
In the event of loss or destruction of keys by the Guest, he is obliged to pay an additional fee of PLN 50.
Moving furniture and household appliances / electronics is prohibited.
Before leaving the premises, the Guest is obliged to:
1. leave the dishes and kitchen equipment washed,
2. collect rubbish in a rubbish bin or in bags.
3. if the Guest rents more than one apartment, all equipment moved to other rooms before departure should be put away in the apartment they come from (cutlery, dishes, chairs).
For failure to comply with the above provisions, the Guest will be charged an additional cleaning fee of PLN 200.
The Host is not liable to the guest for the loss or damage of money, securities, valuables or items of scientific or artistic value and arising for reasons beyond the control of the Host.
The Host is not responsible for damage or loss of a car left in the parking lot and for damage or loss of equipment left in the ski room or other part of the building and in its surroundings.
Keys at check-out should be left in the door lock.

Accommodation in the premises is tantamount to acceptance of the content of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS and consent to the conditions contained therein.

Dear guests!
We are glad that you chose Doliny Apartments. In addition to the official TERMS AND CONDITIONS, we have a few things that will help us and you during your stay:

We segregate garbage. If this is not a problem for you, please follow the descriptions on the cabinet with baskets or on the baskets.
If you have food left, you can leave it in the fridge. It is possible that our dog or rabbit will gladly eat them. We will segregate products into suitable and those that will end up in compost.
The Doliny Apartments do not have a reception, but we are always at your disposal by phone. If there is any problem, please contact us and feel free even if it was at night. We live nearby and if necessary we will drive up in a few minutes.
The apartments are overseen by two people: Halina (691 336 833) and Zuzanna (693 626 993). If one of the phones would be unavailable you can easily try to get in touch with the other.
